OK, I searched my email folder, the hits are after my sig.
I'm still reading them.

    Hello,

I'm wondering how can I create multiple git repositories for my
project. There are many small components which are kept in it's own
repositories. But, in nongnu.org, I don't see any option to do this.
    For eg: http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/freetype/ has multiple
repositories. How can I accomplish the same for my project?

This is currently done by request. Please place a "Support" request
(Support, not Task) in the Savannah tracker against the administration
    project.

      https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?func=additem&group=administration

Please say a few words to explain why you need an additional
repository instead of just using a branch or setting up a new project
    for the new thing.

There isn't a web control because this isn't a typical need. If the
project is large enough to require its own revision control repository
then the expected thing is that it would be registered as its own
standalone project. And if it isn't large enough for its own project
page then it would normally be part of some other project. But we
know that there isn't one size that will fit everyone. We have done
this for projects that wanted it. But since it is atypical it needs a
    few words to say why.

Should I also explain the repositories that needs to be created? Or
    can this be decided later?

They get created manually by one of the Savannah Hackers. (Probably
me since I am talking with you about it now.) So... You will need to
eventually say what repositories you want set up or I won't know what
    to type. :-)

    Hello,

A while ago I sent a project request for nongnu savannah. It seems it
was either rejected or not decided. I don't know. Anyway, the situation
changed and I'm looking for a place to use as a git mirror for my git
    repositories.

Can I request a single project and have multiple git repos inside it
without sending a separate request fot each?

If yes, can I have my first request reconsidered/updated or should I
    send a new one?

Since my own server has an opennic domain, having a mirror serves not
only as a backup, but also as a more accessible resource that can be
found via the popular search engines and will help collaboration.

I could use github or gitorious etc. But it seems none of them is
committed to freedom like Savannah is. I would use my own mirror but I
have just one server and there's nobody else working with me on the
project, or even any friend I could ask to run a mirror at home.
