Details:
Trying to use sftp dl.sv.nongnu.org always closes the connection immediately.
Tried to explicitly run sftp or scp commands in an interactive session, this
always just gets:
You tried to execute: sftp
Sorry, you are not allowed to execute that command.
Uploaded a new RSA key, same result.
This used to work some time ago.
