[savannah-help-public] Process for getting new repositories

Hi,

for the GNU Smalltalk project I would like to have a new git repository
and I couldn't find a way in the web interface to do that. I resorted to
create a ticket[1] but it appears to be unhandled.

What is the process of creation a new git repository?
