Ok, renamed to oath-toolkit-help, let us know if problems.  I did not try to
post a test message.

Sylvain, I don't have enough context (which vm, which sql user, passwords.
...) to be able to run the sql command that
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/RenamingProjectGroup says is needed to
reconnect the list to the sv project:
UPDATE mail_group_list SET list_name='oath-toolkit-help' WHERE
list_name='hotp-toolkit-help';
