Follow-up Comment #3, sr #107002 (project administration):
I have tried to create a new project repository and I got the same problem,
the project is not visible in the web.
Is Apache being reloaded in a daily/hourly basis in Savannah? Otherwise no
project would never appear.
I found this bug in the Mercirual BTS:
http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/issue1477
which describes exaclty the problem we are facing. In Mercurial 1.3 hgweb
refreshes its content every 20 seconds by default. See changeset:

So, until we upgrade to a newer version, users will have to wait until Apache
is reloaded (may be we should write this somewhere).
