Details:

Hi,
I'm administrator of OCEMSExam and I would like it to be removed from
savannah. Unfortunately due to lack of time I'm unable to develop this
project. Currently project doesn't contain any useful code as I didn't have
time to write it - it consists only of some GUI designs without any
implemented functionality. Project has git and hg repo set up.
