Details:
The Savannah mailing list creation interface allows the creation of lists
whose names begin with <project>, but the GNU coding standards say that the
bug reporting address for GNU projects should be bug-<project>@gnu.org.
Thus, it would be nice if the Savannah interface allowed for this.
Justin Baugh, one of the FSF system administrators, asked me to report this
after I pointed it out in a request to create a bug-avl mailing list for GNU
libavl (which has subsequently been done).
