Details:

Hi, I haven't been able to download a backup tarball of my CVS for a while. 
In the past

http://savannah.nongnu.org/cvs.backups/rdiff-backup.tar.gz

has worked for me.  If the setup has changed, what is the right way to backup
my project's CVS repository?
