[Savannah-help-public] change of licence?

Hi

I was wondering how to change the licence displayed on the project page.
My project (chmspec) has just changed from GFDL to GNU GPL. The only
other copyright holder has agreed to this change. You may contact them
to verify this at [0]. The relicenced release is at [1].
