Hum, it seems to me that gpaulissen talks about Savannah as
software, and not Savannah as server.
In this first case, yes the GPL allows you to use Savannah
to manage proprietary software, just like you can write
proprietary software using Emacs. However, you are not
allowed to write proprietary code linked to Savannah.
In the second case, the answer is no. We host only Free
Software.
