       Hi,

       Guillaume will take over on projects approval for the next 7 days.
Since this must be an exclusive role to work properly (the admin interface
will do very bad things if two persons work on it at the same time) I created
a task that shows who's in charge at a given moment and documented this
in the savannah.gnu.org/savannah.html documentation.
