Alin, you write as if none of my previous replies meant anything to you,
as you are just starting over from scratch.   I'll try again:

No -- it was clarified just today for me.

1) Savannah supports git, but it does not work like github/etc., as I
told you.  It's on a per-project basis, not a per-user basis.

2) To use it, you create an account on savannah; maybe you already did that.

I did it, and after a message from this night I understood that I must submit the project to be checked manually.

3) Then you submit a project registration; it has to approved explicitly
and manually, it doesn't happen automatically.  I don't see any pending
registrations from you in the queue, though maybe I missed it.

No -- as you remember, I told you that I was doing a compiler that transforms a regular _expression_ into a minimal executable that looks for that regexp into a file.

[it generates for a regular _expression_ a minimal executable grep that does the job].

That was the pending project I told you for the first time when I wrote you.

sysadmin@ and maintainers@ aren't about supporting savannah, so there's
no use writing to those addresses about it.  The best thing to do, as I
told you, is to submit a support request, but emailing here is ok.

Now they clarified to me.

Okay -- I continue to work, and the first project I will submit is SICP to savannah. Next year I will work on the other projects, and they may be installed in the official GNU distro.

When I restart working for Emacs C compiler, I will ask for an account on gnu server.

All the best,

Alin
