How do you plan to implement it?
(you'll have /etc/cron.hourly/bzr_commit_mail_notification to migrate btw)

I think rsync is enough indeed, but you tell me.

Usually to avoid any inconsistency I do:
- hot sync
- downtime
- cold re-sync (quick)
- uptime

Hopefully this is clearer now.  Please update the wiki page so that
