Hello, sorry if this isn't the place for reports or if I'm being too verbose. 
I think this project at https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?10531 passes Savannah 
requirements except for one or maybe two or three, and I'll outline why, 
starting with the exception(s):
There isn't a verbatim copy of the license, just a link to an external source.
There's no mention of the GNU OS or its Linux-based variant.
All of the text files that are in all-caps are under ten lines except for the 
blank lines in INSTALL and a few lines in FILES. Neither has a copyright 
notice.
It has a free or at least compatible license - the Apache License, Version 2, 
and this is made clear in a file called COPYING inside the project's tarball. 
The tarball is also present on the webpage.
This appears to be free software, and all of its dependencies appear to have 
free software licenses: Apache License (versions 2 and 1.1 - Apache Web 
Server), OpenLDAP Public License which appears to allow use, redistribution 
and modification as long as those freedoms are reproduced 
http://www.openldap.org/software/release/license.html, GPL-3, LGPL-2 and 
GPL-2. It looks like it can run within a free system without requiring the 
user to install non-free software.
There's no Flash, RealPlayer or Quicktime formats.
There are no advertisements.
There's no mention of Linux as the OS.
All of the four essential freedoms appear to be protected.
There is a half-page description that presents its goal, programming language 
and dependencies.
The name does not contain "GNU" or "Open".
This isn't a back-up-only or storage project.
