Hi.

A user did submit to GNU Savannah a project
(https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?10343) wich is under the GNU Lesser
Public License version 3 or any later (at user chose) but it uses a
library under the Common Public License 1.0. I need to know whether
it is lawful or not to make such mix in order to approve the project
or ask the mantainer to remove that dependence (JUnit).

Could you please provide us information on this issue?.

Thanks in advance.
