Hello sysadmins,
First reported around 4h ago, Savannah is experiencing problems.
>From the virtual console, I can only see errors like
[1232074.503405] EXT3-fs error (device md3): ext3_get_inode_loc: unable to read
inode block - inode=50233570, block=100466697
running in loop.
No access is granted, nor remote (ssh) nor local (/bin/login: error
while loading shared libraries: libpam_misc.so.0: cannot open shared
object file: Input/output error).
Please check the problem asap!
(What did cause this corruption?)
We'll probably have to restore Savannah from backup.
(in which case, incidentally, this could be an opportunity to use LVM)
