Fixed Release:
Affected release: CERN branch

Summary: The artifact #nnn feature doesn't work in the initial bug comment

Original Submission: For followup comments in a bug report, the text has this
message, and creates a URL directly

(Note: you can add pointers to others items by typing artifact #nnn where
artifact is one of support, bugs, task, patch and nnn the item id number.)

However this does *not* work for initial comment, which seems to be an
oversight. For example in *this* current comment, Bug #6809 will not show up
as a link, which necessitates the user having to either look up bug #6809
manually, or posting a followup to their own comment just for the purposes of
generating the link.

Now I can add a comment which does include a link to Bug #6809.
