[Savannah-dev] Migration done

In the current state of thing, we can consider that the migration of
savannah.gnu.org is over.

I found some bugs today, I have some things to check more deeply, but
everything seems to be working as expected.

The migration scripts will be added soon in the CVS.

In a few days, maybe even tomorrow in the afternoon, the trunk will be
merged with the development branch.

On the future, I'll like to remind that only bugfixes will be done on
the trunk. Every developments will go on specific branches.
