Summary:  An ordering method is needed for the task tracker

Original Submission:  An ordering method is needed for the task tracker, which 
was suppressed because the task tracker code as been deleted to make use of the 
common tracker code, original the bug tracker one.

At a later point, a way to ordering by categories need to be added in the 
common tracker code, even if only task trackers will have it activated by 
default.
