Summary:  ViewCVS choke on numerical Savannah user login

Original Submission:  M.A Darche has a login name all numerical (1984) and this
is a problem for viewcvs because rcs log, thinking that
it's a numerical id, chokes and say that it's not a
valid user.

Frankly I wonder if this is worth spending time on this. Simply as k these 
people to put at least a letter in their login plus put a comment on account 
creation page to say that number only login is not allowed or even better make 
a sanity check in the register.php script.
