Original Submission:  The Assigned to: field in the bug submission form only 
shows part of the list of users registered in the project. For instance, yeupou 
is not listed in the savannah project bug submission form Assigned to: field.

This is not a bug, this is a feature ;-) Seriously, what you perceived as an 
incomplete was absolutely normal. To appear in the "Assigned To" select box you 
must have Tech permission on the Bug Tracking System (See Project Admin -> Edit 
Member Permissions).

I have changed the permission of all the members to Tech&Admin and we now all 
appear in the menu. I leave it to you Loic and whoever feels like having 
authority to decide who has admin rights on the bug tracking system.

in the project.
