Log message:
        Correct a sentence, not in the letter but the spirit:
        sv-problem-details is used for people that provided not enough info
        (most of the time almost nothing). We definitely do not want to
        encourage them to be too concise by telling that their description
        _should not exceed_ one-half a page, but we just want to tell what
        should be enough.
