Log message:
        User account creation is complete, only GPG issue need to be done 
(still need to think about that).
        Return the number of keys registered in the database. You should add 
this field in your savannah installation because I will soon enhance the web 
account configuration in this regard (will print the number of key succesfully 
registered, will still print the number of key in the database, will tell user 
that got a shell account different than $sys_shell that they cannot manage 
their account via the web interface)
