proposal: displace displace and replace it by replace ;)

The word "displace" in template.rb and message.rb is quite confusing
for moderators IMHO.

i eventually found out that the real meaning is:

"edit a message in a way that leaves no trace in the database or in the
history, except for the fact that you edited it"

i expect this to be useful in exceptional cases, for example, if someone
publishes personal data (name/address/private-telephone).


Clearly, "edit a message in a way that leaves no trace in the database
or in the history, except for the fact that you edited it" is too long
for a button. :)

The dictionary translation i get of the russian word Заменить is 
"replace".

"Replace" would certainly be better than "displace" - because the main
meaning of "displace" is to shift something away, without necessarily 
have something new in place, while "replace" means that something new is
put in the place of the old.

In the short version, i think "replace" alone would be enough, while in 
the long warning message, i think "COMPLETELY DISPLACED" should become something
like "COMPLETELY REPLACED BY YOUR EDITED VERSION".

If people agree on this, then i think that in the interests of people developing
the code, a generic replace (preserving capitalisation) should be made:

s/displace/replace/g

in engine/template.rb and engine/message.rb.

While this might be annoying to people familiar with the code saying "displace", 
i think that clarity for future developers ought to be a priority.

If this is done, then all the translations will need to be corrected (at least
the msgid's will need to be corrected).

If noone has any objections within a few days, i will replace the 
msgstr's for the following three in polish and french.

to touch the code directly :) so i won't do the   s/displace/replace/g

(emacs M-x query-replace with expressions entered in lower case should
conserve case - at least with my fairly standard emacs settings that
happens).


The first two msgid's are then automatically corrected by the substitution,
and the third requires adding a few words:
