Yes, it is not so evident. IIRC, the reason for "Software" instead of
"download" was that the "map" was supposed to be also a pointer to
external packages/home pages, not just a list of what is produced
specifically for RULE, or available from the RULE web server. Maybe we
could just leave the page title as it is, and explain what I just said
more in detail in the page itself. OR not?
