Subject: [Ring] Question about
https://gerrit-ring.savoirfairelinux.com/#/c/8843/
Hi there! Related to the commit i found on Gerrit for iOS: I recognised that on
GNOME client it's also possible to call the same person that has actually
already called me and shares still an active connection. Is this a bug? All the
best!
This commit affects only the iOS client. I believe the explanation is that on
the Gnome client we allow initiating multiple calls because there is support
for merging those calls into a group call (by dragging one active conversation
onto another), whilst it is not yet possible to do so using the iOS client.

That said, I wouldn't expect that sharing a second connection with the same
person to be a valid use case. I will try reproducing it.
Should be valid use case as you might be connecting to 2 different devices which have the same RingID.

Thanks for the report!

Maxim
