Unfortunately what you want to achieve is impossible in Ring, as there is no 
third party
managing accounts (which is a key feature in Ring as you don't have to trust 
anyone).
Your account is self contained in the data of your phone/other linked devices.
If you didn't save/export your account it is definitively lost.
