Details:

In April 29th, TeXLive 2018 was removed from the TeXLive webpage and TeXLive
2019 was replaced. So if you try to `./configure' an already built project it
will crash.

I have already pushed
<http://git.savannah.nongnu.org/cgit/reproduce.git/commit/?id=0d066c9f> the
fix in the source to the template. As you see there an item has been added to
the checklist to mention how to fix this problem in an already existing
project. So please apply it.

In general, TeXLive is the only package that we download binary files from the
internet. This is not good and it would be great if we could actually build it
(and its dependencies) from source.
