[rdiff-backup-users] Windows 7/Cygwin - ImportError: No module named rdi

I'm getting the error

  ImportError: No module named rdiff_backup.Main

Running the current rdiff-backup version in cygwin under Windows 7.

I see in the FAQ the recommendation is to manually set PYTHONPATH. Here's
what I tried:

# ls /usr/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages
rdiff_backup  rdiff_backup-1.1.5-py2.5.egg-info

# export PYTHONPATH=/usr/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages
# rdiff-backup -V

Any suggestions?
