Yeah, that's what I want to do. Except to put a quota on a project/group, all files uploaded to the server by the group of people working on a certain project, would have to be owned by a specific Unix group. That's what I cannot do? i.e. how to force all files pushed to the server, to be owned by a certain Unix group.

Use Unix disk quotas?
