On the cygwin list, they just announced that 64-bit file ops are about
to be supported.  (Via Cygwin 1.5.0)

It will be a beta release.

I know I have not been using rdiff-backup due to its inability to scale
past 2GB in a Win32 env.

Maybe this is about to change.
