[RP] Starting a client without giving it focus?

The subject line says it all. Is it possible to start an X11 client in
ratpoison without ratpoison giving it focus? That would be very neat,
for example, for clients you automatically start via .ratpoisonrc.
For example, if you want to have an xterm as window no. 0 and Mozilla as
window no. 1, it is a bit annoying that, after you have already started
working in your xterm, Mozilla is finishing its bootup and stealing the
focus of the xterm.

Or did I overlook something in the documentation?
