while certainly cheap it's not a very scalable design but maybe scalability is a goal to acheive.
However, if having a single server is aiming at reducing cost, you can still you some virtualisation tools to have one windows and one *nix machine with openvpn (and maybe l2tp and pptp) on it.
same price, less pain, and a little bit more of work... but that-s woth it... I think.

Yes! you are right but, My boss gives me a task to complete that configure PPTP,LT2P,SSTP,OVPN on a single machine that's why I try to configuring such thing, I am finding and researching on these find of plugins I will inform you if found something.

I don't know any plugin that would work on windows. But In any case, migrating the VPN server to a Linux OS is definately the best thing to do to acheive your goal. I can't any reason to be stucked to windows... except not willing to of course :)
