First of all.

Many many thanks to all of qvm86, especially Paul. Qvm86 + qemu works 
like a charm now.

Host: Win2k Sp4
Client: Win2k Sp4
Mingw:  Thread model: win32
        gcc version 3.2.3 (mingw special 20030504-1)


Qvm86: Latest cvs as of today
Qemu: Latest cvs as of today + reverted slirp/udp.c to v7.0.

-Windowsupdate works
-Antivir works
-Ms office works.
(all of the above do not work with plain qemu).

-And it is a lot faster than before.
