* Remove dependent clause used as a topic transition when this material
  was not in its own section.
* Make tagged paragraphs readable as paragraphs (try it aloud).
* Provide examples of when $EDITOR is used.
* Semicolons separate independent clauses (when not used to separate
  elements of a list containing commas), therefore convert a fragment to
  an independent clause.
