Subject: [Qemu-ppc] [PATCH v4 03/24] pc-dimm: pass PCDIMMDevice to pc_dimm_.*plug

We're plugging/unplugging a PCDIMMDevice, so directly pass this type
instead of a more generic DeviceState.
