And specifically:

        QLIST_FOREACH(qdev, &phb->host_state.bus->qbus.children, sibling) {
            PCIDevice *dev = (PCIDevice *)qdev;
            if (dev->devfn == devfn) {
                return dev;
            }
        }

QBus::children is a QTAILQ, not a QLIST.

Was this code tested at all?
