It doesn't have anything in /dev, no static files are located in that
folder. I guess they are created in runtime.

This device uses mdev instead of udev, which seems to be the
light-weight alternative to udev for embedded devices.

mdev reads the mdev.conf located at /etc/mdev.conf:
