I guess it should be possible to fix the HMP command to allow sizes to
be specified with 64-bit...
But until that is done: It seems like only the size parameter is limited
to 32-bit, but the address can be given as full 64-bit instead. So you
could call it multiple times with different address parameters and then
concatenate the files.

Or have a look at the QMP version of that command instead (see the Wiki
at http://wiki.qemu.org/QMP for how to use that). I think its size
parameter is not limited to 32-bit.
