[Qemu-discuss] Compiling QEMU on Solaris 11, O_ASYNC undeclared

When I try to compile QEMU on Solaris 11, I get an error saying that O_ASYNC is undeclared. As i understand it, O_ASYNC is a Linux-only thing and does not exist in the Solaris world. Any ideas how I can get around this?
