Would something like:
SPAPR_CAP_MIG_STATE(htm, SPAPR_CAP_HTM);
SPAPR_CAP_MIG_STATE(htm, SPAPR_CAP_VSX);
SPAPR_CAP_MIG_STATE(htm, SPAPR_CAP_DFP);

be better?
