Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH v7 11/11] dump-guest-memory: add qmp event DUMP_COMPLETED

One new QMP event DUMP_COMPLETED is added. When a dump finishes, one
DUMP_COMPLETED event will occur to notify the user.
