libvirt sends commands to QMP and gets replies back. This sort of

qemu commands? Look for
src/qemu/qemu_driver.c:qemuDomainSnapshotCreateActiveExternal, and trace
through the code it calls for qemuDomainSnapshotFSFreeze and
qemuMonitorTransaction.
