Hi Mahmood,Sorry for the delay in the reply to your message. The short version is that currently only Linux is supported as a guest (with some caveats) as documented on Artyom's blog here: http://tyom.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/debiansparc64-wheezy-under-qemu-how-to.html.
Over time myself and Artyom have been working on adding support for Solaris, however unless anyone is able to sponsor work for guests other than Linux then time is limited and support is unlikely to appear in the short term.
