Added linux smp support for the xilinx zynq platform (2x cpus are supported)

Addressed PMM review
Shorted secondary bootloop using MVN instruction.
Used default reset secondary instead of custom one.
Rebased against QOM cpu developments.
Few whitespace fixes.
