Hi folks !

This is a repose (& rebase on top of current HEAD) of
David and Eduard iommu patch series which provides the
necessary infrastructure for doing DMA through an iommu,
along with the SPAPR iommu implementation.

David is on vacation, so make sure to CC all comments
to me.
