[Qemu-devel] [PATCH] qemu: fix cpuid eax for kvm cpu

[Michael S. Tsirkin]

cpuid eax should return the max leaf so that
guests can find out the valid range.
This matches Xen et al.

Tested using -cpu kvm64.
