Try:
git clone -b scsi_assert_moved git://repo.or.cz/qemu/stefanha.git

Sorry for that.  You can get the repo clone info by clicking
"qemu/stefanha.git" at the top of the
http://repo.or.cz/w/qemu/stefanha.git/shortlog/refs/heads/scsi_assert_moved
page, the git:// URI is usually the best one to use.
