Status in QEMU: Won't Fix
Bug description:
This is feature request.
I want qemu (kvm) to boot kernel via -kernel switch, but I want to specify
kernel as image.is/path/kernel so qemu should recognize .iso image format and
find specified file (as GRUB does). This will allow me to boot livecd with
specific parameters directly from script.
Now, I mount -o loop .iso image and specify -kernel xxx in the script. I think
it's job for qemu, not for script. It will simplify custom bootings of livecd.
