Besides the absolute path, there is also a problem in that it points to 
"program files\Qemu" rather than "program files\QEMU 0.9.1".  In other 
words, the problem is that QEMU's installation is not relocatable.  It 
should use the executable file's path, not the environment variables 
like %ProgramFiles%.
